Service Calls

  More times than not, issues can be resolved over the phone.  Part of our service is phone support and we do not charge for this.  I want to get you going as fast as possible and we understand time is critical as our planting window seems to get smaller each year.

 

  If you are having issues, just call and we can walk through possible solutions.  If we can't resolve the problem over the phone, then we will come out to your location and help you.

 

  Service calls on new equipment are free the first year.  We want your experience to be a good one with your new products and we will strive to make sure your planter is setup to perform at the highest level.

  After the first year, we are still here to help you if needed.  Charge for on farm or field service calls is $100 an hour with a minimum one-hour charge.  If not urgent, click service button, describe the issue, and we will be in contact with you.
